Introduction
By using Scrub you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Agreement to terms
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Scrub application.
Software license
Scrub is offered under a metered pricing model — you pay only for the email validations you run. Credits never expire. Nerd Zero Private Limited retains the right to terminate your license at any time without conditions or prerequisites. This enables us to exercise control over software distribution and to address unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, purchased credits cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted. We consistently monitor for misuse and suspicious activity to prevent unexpected charges, but we cannot guarantee a refund where a metered charge is on par with registered and provable usage of the service.
Disclaimer
It is not warranted that Scrub will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Scrub does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the software. Nerd Zero Private Limited shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of services. In the event that Nerd Zero Private Limited is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
Responsibilities
Scrub is a tool for email validation. You are solely responsible for how you use the results. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of validation output, nor for the content or legality of the email lists you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Scrub to validate email addresses obtained unlawfully, to facilitate spam, or in any manner that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts that breach this clause.
General terms and governing law
This Agreement is governed by the Cyber and Data Protection Act of Zimbabwe. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Nerd Zero Private Limited as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Nerd Zero Private Limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Scrub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last reviewed.
